*Return & Exchange Policy*

At Minqueta Store, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

*1. Returns*  
Returns are accepted within 7 days of receiving your order.  
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition as received, with the original packaging.

*2. Non-returnable items*  
Certain items (like lingerie, swimwear, or customized products) are not eligible for returns.

*3. Exchanges*  
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. Contact us at jminqueta@gmail.com for exchange instructions.

*4. Refunds*  
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection.  
Approved refunds will be processed via the original payment method.

*5. Shipping costs*  
Shipping fees are non-refundable. You will be responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.
